Where can I find the links for the one-on-one?
The link for one-on-ones is available on the main member page once you log into the Motus website.
Where can I find the links for the classes?
The Zoom links will be posted to the community page prior to every class.
How many classes per week are there?
Each tier has 3 classes per week: two with Diana, every Sunday with a guest teacher, as well as Saturday freestyle sessions that take place bi-monthly.
Where do I send my class footage?

What do I do if I don’t have a credit card?
We offer a wire option through Transferwise.
How do I keep the recordings from class?
We will send you a link after every class and you can download and save the video.
Is there a deadline to download the recordings?
Yes. Please download by the end of every month.
Can I take the class at another time if I miss?
You can always learn from the recordings.
Can I get feedback even if I miss class?
Yes. Film yourself doing the combo and send it to Diana in the community page on the website.
How can I get a refund?
Motus The Company does not offer refunds. Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to cancel their attendance for the month, please let us know by sending an email to: email@example.com
What is the class schedule?
The schedule is Mondays from 10 am to 12 pm PT and Thursdays or Fridays from 10 am -12 pm PT, as well as Saturdays at 10 am 11:30 am PT twice per month and every Sunday from 10 am - 11:30 am PT.
